Dear Friends,
Recently, after several years of apartment living, I moved into a house. It has been wonderful! It is a house with many windows. A house filled with light. A house - itself a blessing from the Lord - which has brought unexpected joys . . . .
In the mornings, blue jays chase each another outside my kitchen window. The minor mode melodies of the mourning dove modulate up and down the dawning shafts of the morn. Lizards - first green . . . then brown . . . then green, again - play "hide and seek" in the trees. An occasional butterfly, flutters by . . . a wasp . . . a squirrel scurrying atop a fence. Upwards past the treetops, clouds slowly drifting . . . birds flying swiftly . . . .
I think to myself: "Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth (Psalm 8:1 NIV)!"
Hallelujah!
In the Masters Love,
